What is a Real Estate Development Manager?

The job of the Development Manager is to see to it that the project is properly planned, conceptualized, budgeted, executed and property managed. In short we play the role of a Project Manager, from the very start to finish.


We differ from a traditional developer because we simply charge a professional service fee (10% of project cost) for our services, as against a developer who makes a “profit margin” (anywhere from 30% to 200%) on top of project cost.
